Tim Casey is founder of Provident Super Strategies and a leading expert in the SMSF fund space. He brings to the table over 10 years financial leadership experience leveraging the power of SMSF to help clients achieve the retirement they deserve.

Tim is a Coogee native, father to two boys and divides his time between fine wine, passionately following kids football and is partial to a Sunday drive at speed. He recommends the ’99 Jim Barry Shiraz, but only as long as there remains plenty to go around.

Tim holds an Advance Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning) and maintains an active membership of Self-Managed Super Fund Professionals Association of Australia (SPAA). He is also a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA).

Michele Kim

Practice Manager

Michele is Provident’s Practice Manager and the powerhouse that makes the Provident magic happen. She combines an unerring attention to detail with a sponge-like ability to learn and the ability to make our clients smile.

Michele is what Malcolm Gladwell (Tipping Point) would call a super-connector. She loves meeting new people and connecting with them. She collects new technology at a technological pace, and aspires to put a big dent in the world. Watch this space.

She also backs up her driven personality with a Double Masters of International Business & Professional Accounting, and is currently undertaking her CPA qualification.

Saharsh Nagisetty

Paraplanner

Saharsh is our resident Para Planner, keys strengths being share portfolio construction and financial markets. He has lofty medium-term goals of being a Licenced Financial Adviser.

Single and living in the inner west, Saharsh spends his weekends Trading Forex and discovering what Sydney has to offer.

With strong analytical skills and good with calculations he has double Masters in business administration (MBA) and applied finance, with a background in Computer Science Engineering.

Nelu Anthony

Associate Adviser

Nelu joins the team as Associate Adviser working closely with Tim on research, strategy, and implementation of advice.

Nelu has over ten years’ experience in banking, finance, and financial planning. She has a Masters in Financial Planning from UNSW and a Masters of Business Administration from City University of Wyoming USA. She is passionate about empowering others to have a better quality of life.

She loves to travel and be engage in community services. She is also the Vice President of the local Toastmaster club, and an active member of the International Toastmasters and have held a number of leadership roles.

Nischal Rana ACCA

Client Services

Nischal Rana ACCA joins Provident team as Client Services (Accounting). Nischal works to deliver pre-eminent professional services to Provident clients with her proven track record in finance, accounts, and audit background.

Nischal is committed to listening to her clients’ needs and is keen to use her professional skills to ensure that the clients’ needs are met. She holds active membership in the globally recognized professional accounting body ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) from the United Kingdom.

With the immense passion for accounting, she has completed her ACCA Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business, as well as, Professional Level of the ACCA examinations with flying colours. She also holds a Graduate Degree in Business Studies and has recently completed her post-graduate with Distinction in Masters of Professional Accounting.
